The business

Maria is a dental hygienist who ran a $95 manual for non-clinical dental career transitions. The manual sells. Her podcast drives traffic. But she had no system to capture, nurture, or convert visitors, and no way to keep the site current as her thinking evolved.

The challenge

A static Squarespace site was burning podcast traffic. No lead capture beyond an email form. No content engine. No way to surface the right offer to the right visitor. The interactive course version of her manual existed only as a private demo.

What we built

• Living Website: rebuilt from scratch on the Living stack, optimized for podcast→email→member flow
• Living Dashboard: Maria’s view of subscribers, content performance, lead quality, comms queue
• Content Engine: blog drafts, social posts, email sequences tuned to her voice, queued for approval
• Newsletter system: free non-clinical dental jobs scraper as the lead magnet, mailed 1-2x/mo
• Members area: auth-gated content for paid course buyers
• Brain: seeded with 124 entities (career paths, employers, contacts, decisions, content pieces)

The outcome

11 days from kickoff to first paid member. Growth has compounded since: +6 new 30-day-active members per month. The newsletter list is the highest-converting channel and now feeds the comms engine for hot-lead triage.

The Content Studio has shipped ~30 pieces of approved content in Maria’s voice since launch. The AI Change Tracker rolled in Claude Opus 4.7 mid-engagement, immediately improving content draft quality by ~18% on her review pass rate.
