The C² Manifesto

We don’t believe in proprietary methodologies.

Anything worth doing can be reproduced. Being good at the work matters more than gatekeeping it.

Most agencies sell what’s easy to deliver. We sell what’s hard. The reason most websites are billboards is that turning one into a working tool requires AI engineering, integration work, a knowledge layer, and an operating model that compounds value over time. Generic agencies can’t do it. Enterprise AI consultancies won’t do it for $20K. We sit in the gap.

The pricing logic.

We publish exact prices. Build cost, monthly retainer, the commitment ladder. No “contact us” gate. No price-by-vibe quoting. Hiding numbers wastes your time and ours. Anyone who needs to negotiate the published price would have walked anyway.

The lock-in logic.

3-month minimum exists because the system needs that long to start showing real value. Past that, month-to-month. If you stop seeing value, you should leave. We’d rather lose you and earn you back than trap you in a 12-month deal you regret. Most clients commit to 12 months voluntarily because the discount + compounding system makes it the obvious choice.

The labor logic.

Every retainer client should see C²’s involvement decrease over time as the Brain gets denser and the autopilot handles more. That’s the goal, for us to be needed less, not more. It looks bad on a P&L until you realize: clients who feel C² is automating itself away tell other people. They renew longer. They expand scope.

The data logic.

You own your Brain. You own your dashboard. You own your code if you leave. We can’t hold your business hostage to a knowledge graph we built for you, that defeats the entire premise. Every contract includes a clean-exit clause that gives you working copies of everything we made.

The labor labor logic.

We’re two people. We’ll never be 50. The 22 specialist agents behind us are how we serve 11+ active clients without burning out. Some of them are very good at what they do. None of them is going to call you back at 9pm on a Tuesday, that’s Will. The agents handle the repeatable work so we can focus on what your business actually needs.

The win-or-no-deal logic.

We pick clients we can demonstrably help. If the discovery call shows we can’t, wrong stage, wrong vertical, wrong fit, we say so and refer you to someone who can. No half-engagements. No taking money for something we don’t believe in.

The transparency about transparency.

We publish this manifesto knowing competitors will copy it. That’s fine. The hard part isn’t writing the contract, it’s living it. We’ve made every one of these calls under pressure and they hold. That’s the moat.

Most websites are billboards. Yours should be a tool.
We build tools.

If this is the kind of firm you want to work with,
let’s talk.
