These terms govern your use of c-squared.dev and the engagements C² Advisory takes on through this site. A full Master Services Agreement is signed before any paid work begins.
Engagement
C² Advisory delivers Living Websites, Dashboards, Apps, and Refreshes per scope agreed in writing. Pricing, deliverables, and timelines are documented per engagement.
Ownership
The client owns the code, content, brand assets, and business data of any deliverable upon final payment. C² Advisory retains rights to underlying tools, frameworks, and BizBrain OS architecture used to deliver work.
Confidentiality
C² Advisory treats client business information as confidential. Standard mutual NDA available on request.
Retainers
All retainers have a 3-month minimum. Discounts at 6 and 12 months as published on /pricing. Month-to-month after the minimum. Pause or cancel with 30 days notice after the minimum.
Limitation of liability
Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
Changes
We’ll post material changes to these terms here with a revised date. Current clients are notified by email.
