Jennifer’s edge is operator expertise + an industry network, both of which compound over time. Her customers were ready to buy something more than a service: they wanted a system.

The challenge

A competitor in the same niche was raising money to build the exact RCM platform Jennifer’s customers were asking for. She had the relationships and the domain expertise, she didn’t have a working demo to show prospects. Closing the gap meant shipping a competitive surface fast, not over 18 months of SaaS engineering.

What we built

  • Living App: Sales Demo MVP, a working RCM dashboard with realistic seeded data that Jennifer demos on every prospect call
  • Eligibility verification module that uses AI to look up insurance payer data
  • Claim submission workflow with status tracking + denial-management routing
  • AR aging dashboard with practice-by-practice breakdown
  • Repository: `TechIntegrationLabs/lyman-command-center` (Phase 1, scaffolded for Phase 2 expansion)
  • Proposal + SOW drafted alongside, ready for prospect handoff

The outcome

The demo platform was live before the competitor signed their first design partner. Jennifer walked into her next pitch with a working surface to show; the competitor was still showing slides. The pitch closed.

Phase 2 (production multi-tenant, real EDI/X12 integration) is being scoped on the back of Phase 1’s validation. The Phase 1 codebase carries forward; the Brain seeded with payer + practice + workflow entities will compound through Phase 2.
